In Perfect Diapason
(A musical and architectural adventure)

In July, 2002,
two English gentlemen embarked on a one-week journey to
visit ten English cathedrals. In Perfect Diapason
is the tale of that journey. First published on the
Voices of Angels e-mail list in 2002, permission was
granted by the author to republish the series on this
site in a more permanent form and for a wider audience.
Included in this reprint are photographs taken by the
author's travelling companion, Martin Hough.
