Choirboys are taught that practice makes perfect.

The choirmaster is the prime mover in helping the choirboy to gain mastery in his musical training.

During rehearsals the choirboy learns patience, diligence and concentration.

Mealtime, of course, is looked forward to by all choirboys.

After lunch it's back to work and more practice, practice, practice.

The lessons a choirboy learns through constant practice and rehearsal will stand him in good stead later on in life. Not only will he experience the pleasure and joy of a concert well perfomed, but he will also find his powers of concentration stronger and his ability to see a task through to completion strenthened.
