Et Dominus de caelo 
intonuit: Alleluia, 
Et altissimus dedit 
vocem suam: Alleluia.

 

 Christ has arisen
and from the Heavens the Lord
proclaims: Hallelujah.
And the highest declares: Hallelujah.
In die solemnitatis 
vestrae, inducam vos.

 

 On this day so holy to you
I lead you,
In terra, fluentem 
lac et mel: Alleluia, 
Populus acquisitionis annuntiate 
virtutes ejus: Alleluia, 		 On earth flow
milk and honey: Hallelujah.
The people also praise
his virtues: Hallelujah.
